Elizabeth Bates is a writer from Washington state where she lives with her family. Her debut poetry chapbook, MOSAICS & MIRAGES, (Fahmidan Publishing & Co.) was published in September 2022. Bates primarily writes poetry and novels, though she has bylines encompassing micros to short stories with publication credits in both digital and print venues. She has had poems anthologized as well as nominated for the Pushcart Prize and Best of the Net. A number of her published pieces can be accessed on the Selected Writings page of this site. Bates holds a Master's Degree in English.
